| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘的发病机制尚未完全阐明,许多研究发现,多种细胞信号分子及其信号通路在哮喘气道重建形成中起着重要作用。中医注重"整体调节、扶正固本、平衡阴阳"的总原则,对支气管哮喘具有良好的治疗作用。将近年来关于细胞因子,如TGF-β1、MMP-9、TIMP-1、NGF、NF-κB、IL、IFN-γ、TNF-α等在哮喘发病机制中作用及中医药对其影响的研究进行了概述,以期为探索哮喘的有效中医治法提供一定的依据,为进一步研究提供一定的思路。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of asthma has not been fully understood. Many studies have found that a variety of cell signaling molecules and formation signaling pathways play an important role in airway reconstruction. TCM has a good role in the treatment of bronchial asthma airway remodeling based on the general principle ＂overall adjustment, strengthening and restoring the balance of yin and yang＂ This paper summarized cytokines, such as TGF - β1, MMP - 9, TIMP - 1, NGF, NF- KB, IL, IFN- γ, TNF-α and so on, playing the roles in the asthma pathogenesis and the impact of TCM on it in recent years. Then in order to provide a basis for exploring effective TCM treatment of asthma, and provide some ideas for further research.
