合欢抗抑郁研究进展

摘    要:合欢花、合欢皮为常用的抗抑郁中药。合欢花(或皮)及其有效部位(或成分)、复方制剂的抗抑郁作用肯定,具有安神解郁、理气活络、活血消肿之功,临床通过配伍,多用于肝气郁结之抑郁症、焦虑症、睡眠障碍及心血管病合并抑郁等病证的治疗。其作用机理与调节单胺类递质、抗凋亡、提高脑源性神经营养因子有关。合欢对抑郁相关下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴功能、神经血管单元稳态、神经可逆塑性、神经再生及细胞信号通路等的调控研究将是今后的拓展方向。

Abstract:F los albiziae and cortex albiziae are the common antidepressant traditional Chinese herbs. Through literature analy- sis, the antidepressant clinical and experimental research of flos albiziae, cortex albiziae and their compound preparations are summarized and their clinical application characteristics are analyzed. Flos albiziae, cortex albiziae, their effective parts or in- gredients and their compound preparations have certain antidepressant effects, which include calming the nerves to resolve depression, regulating Qi and activating collaterals and stimulating blood circulation for detumescence. With the compatibili- ty, flos albiziae and cortex albiziae are mainly used for the treatment of the diseases and syndromes caused by disorder of the liver Qi such as depression, anxiety, sleep disorder, cardiovascular disease comorbid depression etc. The effective mechanism is related to regulation of monoamine neurotransmitters, resistance to apoptosis and improvement of brain derived neurotrophic factor. The regulating study of Flos albiziae and cortex albiziae on depression related the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis function, neurovascular unit homeostasis, neural plasticity, nerve regeneration, and cell signaling pathways will be the devel- opment direction in the future.
