凉血解毒口服液抗菌抗流感病毒实验研究

目的:观察凉血解毒口服液抗菌抗病毒作用。方法:采用试管稀释法测定凉血解毒口服液体外最小抑菌浓度。以小鼠流感病毒肺炎为动物模型,计算肺指数及肺指数抑制率,并研究其对感染小鼠的死亡保护作用。结果:凉血解毒口服液对伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌具有较好的抑制作用;口服给予140²80 mg/kg剂量,可明显降低感染小鼠的肺指数,延长小鼠的存活时间。结论:凉血解毒口服液具有抗菌及抗流感病毒作用。

Antibacterial and Anti - Influenza Effects of Liangxue Jiedu Oral Liquid

Objective：To investigate the antibacterial and anti -influenza effects of Liangxue Jiedu oral liquid. Method： A diploid dilution method was used to evaluate MIC of the herbal preparation. It was also tested on mice pneumonia model by influenza virus. The impacts on lung index, death rate of mice infected with influenza virus were observed in the mice infected with influenza virus. Result：Liangxue Jiedu oral liquid had inhibition on Salmonella enterica, Escherichia coli, Shi- gella dysenteriae, Staphyloccocus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Treatment with the herbal preparation at the doses of 140 - 280 mg/kg markedly inhibited the lung consolidation of mice pneumonia caused by the infection of influenza virus. The survival time of mice infected with influenza virus in the treated groups was markedly prolonged. Conclusion：Liangxue Jiedu oral liquid had protein antibacterial and anti -influenza effects.
