黑地黄丸对5/6肾切除大鼠肾衰模型血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的通过观察黑地黄丸对5/6肾切除大鼠肾衰模型血液流变学的影响,探讨该方对肾脏的保护机制。方法随机将70只Wistar大鼠分为空白组,模型组,尿毒清组、洛丁新组,黑地黄丸高、中、低剂量组7组,除空白组外其他各组大鼠行5/6肾切除术,建立肾衰大鼠模型,分别连续给药12周后测定全血高切黏度(HS)、全血低切黏度(LS)、血浆黏度(PV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、红细胞压积(PCV)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)。结果与尿毒清组和洛丁新组比较,黑地黄丸高剂量组大鼠HS(P<0.01)、LS(P<0.01)、PCV(P<0.01)明显升高,大鼠FIB(P<0.01)、ESR(P<0.05)明显降低。结论黑地黄丸高剂量组通过调节HS、LS、PVC水平,下调PV,抑制FIB合成,降低ESR含量,改善肾衰大鼠的血液流变学达到保护肾功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of black pill for 5/6 nephrectomy in renal failure rat model on blood rheology and explore the protection mechanism to the kidneys. Methods 70 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups as blank group, model group, uric poisonous clear group, los Ding Xin group, black rehmannia pill for high, medium and low dose group. All groups were given 5/6 nephrectomy except the blank group to establish renal failure rats model. The whole blood high shear viscosity (HS), whole blood low shear viscosity (LS), plasma viscosity (PV), fibrinogen (FIB), red blood cells deposited (PCV) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were determinded after 12 consecutive weeks. Results Compared with poisonous clear urine and los Ding Xin group, HS ( P 〈 0.01 ), LS ( P 〈 0.01 ), PCV ( P 〈 0.01 ) in black pill high dose group were significantly increased and FIB ( P 〈 0.01 ), the ESR ( P 〈 0.05) were significantly decreased. Conclusion black pill high dose group can adjust HS, LS, PVC, reduce PV and inhibit the synthesis of FIB, reduce the content of the ESR and improve hemorheology of rats of renal failure to protect the renal function.
