摘    要:目的:检测桑白皮样品中的农药残留情况,确保药材质量。方法:用气质联用(GC-MS)法快速测定桑白皮样品的多种农药。采用不分流进样模式;进样口采用程序升温:120℃(4.5 min)按80℃/min至250℃(34 min);柱温箱程序升温:82℃(5 min)按8℃/min至280℃;柱流速控制:恒压120 Mpa;载气总流速:30 mL/min;柱流速:1.75 mL/min。MS离子源温度:200℃;接口温度:250℃;质谱检测模式:SIM。结果:对检测的样品进行分析发现,其中具有农药残留,并且虫螨畏含量很高。结论:样品中含有虫螨畏残留,可确定在生产过程中虫螨畏污染比较严重。

Abstract:Objective :To to determine the situation of pesticide residues in Morus Alba to ensure the quality of it. Methods : GC - MS was used to determine multiresidue pesticide in Morus Alba samples. Splitless injector was operated in pulsed - splitless mode. Inlet temperature program : 120 ℃ ( initial isotherm :4.5 min) up to 250 ℃ at a rate of 80℃/ min;oventemperature program: 82 % (initial isotherm:5 min) up to 280 ℃ at a rate of 8 ℃/min;column flow rate: constant pressure 120 Mpa; carrier gas flow rate :300 mL/min ; column flow rate : 1.75 mL/min ; Ion source temperature : 200℃; interface temperature : 250 ℃ ; MS detection mode : SIM. Results : Detection of the sample analysis can find pesti- cide residues and high levels of methacrifos. Conclusion:The sample has methacrifos residues and it can be determined that methacrifos was used during the plant growth process .
