鬼箭羽配伍荔枝核对果蝇模型糖脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的研究鬼箭羽和荔枝核提取物对果蝇模型海藻糖、三酰甘油、蛋白浓度的影响,为鬼箭羽配伍荔枝核临床治疗糖尿病提供依据。方法将雄性果蝇随机分组,分别用高糖、高脂培养基喂养1周,然后将醇提的鬼箭羽和荔枝核提取物加入相应造模培养基中,测定果蝇的海藻糖、蛋白、三酰甘油浓度。结果高糖食物诱导的果蝇2型糖尿病模型中,与模型组比较,给药组的海藻糖、三酰甘油浓度明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.01);高脂食物诱导的果蝇2型糖尿病模型中,与模型组比较,给药组的海藻糖、三酰甘油浓度明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论鬼箭羽配伍荔枝核提取物对高糖和高脂诱导的果蝇2型糖尿病模型的海藻糖、三酰甘油浓度有降低作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Euonymus alatus compatibility Litchi on trehalose content, triglyceride content, protein content in drosophila model of type 2 diabetes and provide the basis for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method The male flies were randomly divided into different groups. They were given high sugar diet and high fat diet re- spectively for one week. The alcohol extraction of Euonymus alatus and semen litchi extract were added to culture media. Drosophila trehalose content, protein content and triglyceride content were measured. Results High Sugar-Induced Drosophila model of type 2 diabetes, compared with model group, has lower the level of trehalose content( P 〈 0.01 ). High Fat-Induced Drosophila model of type 2 diabetes,compared with model group,has lower level of trehalose content ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Euonymus alatus compatibility Litchi can reduce rehalose content both in High Sugar-Induced Drosophila model of type 2 diabetes and High Fat-Induced Drosophila model of type 2 diabetes.
