咸虾花化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的 :分离鉴定斑鸠菊属植物咸虾花中的化学成分 ,为PC-12细胞生长促进剂的筛选提供样品。方法 :90%乙醇提取 ,硅胶柱色谱分离 ,用IR ,NMR和MS等方法确定结构。结果 :分得并鉴定了 4个三萜化合物 ,分别为降香萜醇乙酸酯 (bauerenylacetate,I) ,无羁萜酮 (friedelin ,Ⅱ ) ,表无羁萜醇 (epifriedelanol,Ⅲ ) ,20(30) 蒲公英烯-3β ,21α-二醇 20(30) taraxastene-3β ,21α diol,Ⅳ ]。结论 :化合物I和Ⅳ为首次从斑鸠菊属植物中分得 ,化合物Ⅱ和Ⅲ为首次从咸虾花中分离得到。活性测试表明 ,这 4个化合物对PC-12细胞的生长都无作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Vernonia patula, and to provide samples for biological activity screening. METHOD: The chromatography on silica gel was used and the structures were determined by IR, NMR and MS spectra analysis and physicochemical property comparion. RESULT: Four triterpenoids were isolated and identified as bauerenyl acetate(I), friedelin(II), epifriedelanol(III), 20(30)-taraxastene-3 beta, 21 alpha-diol(IV). CONCLUSION: Compounds I and IV were isolated from genus Vernonia for the first time and compounds II and III were isolated from the whole plant of V. patula for the first time. The four compounds show no inhibitory effect on the growing of PC-12 cells.
