原发性胆囊癌56例临床分析

作者报告原发性胆囊癌５６例，占同期收治肝外恶性梗阻性黄疸及胆囊炎、胆石症患者的７．４％（５６／７５２），手术探查３８例，探查率６７．９％（３８／５６），手术切除３５例，切除率６２．５％（３５／５６），１年生存率４８．２％，２年生存率２１．４％，３年生存率８．９％，无５年生存者。作者通过对５６例的临床及病理分析，对原发性胆囊癌的诊断及治疗问题作了讨论。

Clinical Analyses of 56 Cases of Primary Cholecycsto carcinoma

The article describes 56 cases of Primary Cholecycsto carcinoma. This series accounts 7.4% of the malignant extra hepato obstructive jaundice, cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis pts. admitted in the same period. Laparotomy was done in 38 pts. the laphratomy rate was 67.9%(38/56). Excision was done in 35 pts, the excision rate was 62.5%(35/56), One year living rate was 48.2%; two year living rate 21.4%; three year living rate 8.9%, None lived up to five years. Through clinico pathological analyses of the 56 cases, discussion is made about the diagnosis and treatment for this disease.
