| 摘 要： | １９８０年１１月至１９９４年１０月，作者对５１例不同部位的喉癌采用不同方式的喉部分切除，其中行喉裂开声带切除１８例，垂直半喉切除２６例，水平半喉切除７例，有３例做了功能性颈廓清术，术后３６例辅以放射治疗。５年生存率为７６０％（１９／２５）。发音及吞咽功能均恢复，拔管率达８４３％。作者认为正确选择手术指证，充分了解肿瘤侵犯的范围是喉部分切除成功的关键。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the treatment of 51 laryngeal carcinma in different position by different types of partial laryngectomy from Nov.1980 to Oct.1994.Among these patients 18 cases received laryngofission combined with chordectomy,26 cases undrerwent vertical hemilaryngectomy,7 cases were treated by horizontal hemilaryngectomy, 3 cases by functional neck lymphnode clearance, and 36 cases had received postoperative radiotherapy. Five-year survival rate was 76.0%(19/25). The function of vocalization and swallowing recovered,the decannulation rate was 84.3%,It is suggested that adequate estimation of the region involved by tumor and correct choice of operation types are the key points for success of partial laryngectomy. |
