淋巴结印片中良,恶性细胞AgNORs形态学观察

应用ＡｇＮＯＲｓ银染技术，观察６９例淋巴结及３例涎腺印片中良恶性细胞ＡｇＮＯＲｓ的形态、数量及特点，以提高活检淋巴结恶性肿瘤的检出率，推广ＡｇＮＯＲｓ染色技术在组织印片中的应用。结果表明：良性细胞全部为单一型（１００％），恶性肿瘤细胞大多数为聚集型、混合型或弥散型。本文结果提示ＡｇＮＯＲｓ染色技术可提高组织印片中恶性肿瘤细胞检出率，对协助诊断肿瘤细胞分化程度有一定参考价值。

Morphologic Study of AgNORs in Benign And Malignant Cells of Lymph Nodes By Imprinting Slides

Using argyrophilic ataining technigue the pattern, amount and nature of AgNORs (argyrophilic protein in nucleolar organizer regions) in benign and malignant cells on imprinting slides from 69 lymph nodes and 3 sialaden were investigated. The result showed that all of benign cells were simplex type; The most of malignant cells were aggregated, mixed or diffuse type. This result suggested that application of AgNORs staining technique can elevated detective rate of malignant cells in imprinting slides of lymph node and contribute to determine the differentiation degree of tumor cells.
