| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年人上消化道急性出血的病因、临床表现、伴随症状及预后。方法：将确诊为急性上消化道出血的病人根据年龄分为老年组（101例）与对照组（115例），对两组病人的病因、临床表现、伴随症状、预后等方面进行比较分析。结果：老年组与对照组病因存在差异，老年组病情重，伴随疾病多，预后差。结论：老年人上消化道出血与青年人相比存在差异。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analysis the characteristics of the aged patients with upper gastro-intestinal hemorrhage compared with the relative younger patients.Methods: All patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divide into two groups based on their age,more than and less than 60 years.Compare the two groups in etiology,clinical symptoms,accompany symptoms and prognosis.Results: The aged group had difference with the younger one in etiology,clinical manifestation and prognosis.Conclusion: The aged patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage have their characteristics: their symptoms are more severe develop more faster and with poorer prognosis. |
