| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肠内营养在非胃手术后功能性胃排空障碍治疗中的作用。方法:40例非胃手术后胃排空障碍患者随机分为肠内营养组(EN组)及肠外营养组(PN组)各15例,常规输液组(对照组)10例,比较各组胃肠减压量和胃排空障碍恢复时间。结果:EN组胃排空恢复时间明显短于PN组和对照组(P<0.01),胃肠减压量在治疗7和14d后明显少于PN组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肠内营养对胃排空功能的恢复有明显促进作用,对非胃手术后功能性胃排空障碍患者应尽量采用肠内营养支持。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the role of enteral nutrition in the treatment of delayed gastric emptying after non-gastric operations. Methods: Forty patients were randomly divided into enteral (EN, n=15), parenteral (PN, n=15) and control (n=10) groups. Gastrointestinal decompression amount and recovery time of gastroparesis among the three groups were compared. Results: The restoring time of gastroparesis and gastrointestinal decompression amount were significantly decreased in EN group as compared with PN or control group (P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). Conclusion: Enteral nutrition can obviously promote the recovery of gastroparesis. Enteral nutrition should be given to the patients with delayed gastric emptying after non-gastric operations. |
