放疗加金龙胶囊综合治疗鼻咽癌临床观察

目的 :研究放疗加金龙胶囊综合治疗鼻咽癌临床疗效及毒副作用。方法 :放疗加金龙胶囊综合治疗鼻咽癌 4 3例 (金龙组 ) ,与同期单纯放疗病人 4 3例作为对照组 (单放组 )比较。观察肿瘤消退率 ,NK细胞、T细胞亚群、射野皮肤粘膜反应。结果 :放疗结束时金龙组颈部肿瘤全消率为 88.4 %,明显高于单放组的 6 7.4 %(P<0 .0 5 ) ,鼻咽部却无统计学差异 ;与治疗前相比 ,金龙组 NK细胞明显升高 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,T细胞亚群改变不明显 ,两组口腔粘膜及皮肤急性反应无统计学差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :放疗加金龙胶囊综合治疗鼻咽癌可以提高肿瘤全消率、免疫功能 ,不增加放疗毒副作用

Clinical assessment of radiotherapy plus Jinlong capsule for the nasopharyngeal cancer

Objective:To assess the effect of radiotherapy plus Jinlong capsule for the nasopharyngeal cancer(NPC).Methods:86 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer were divided into two groups.One was treated by radiotherapy concomitant Jinlong capsule,the other was treated by radiotherapy alone.Tumour complete remission rates,mucositis and dermatitis were observed,nature kill cell activities and T cell subsets were examed before and after treatment Results:By the end of treatment the complete remission rates of cervical metastasis lymph nodes in radiotherapy plus Jinlong capsules were higher that than in the radiotherapy alone,88 4% vs 67 4%( P <0 05).Nature kill cell activities after the treatment were higher than before in radiotherapy plus Jinlong capsule( P <0 05) Conclusion:The treatment of radiotherapy concomitant Jinlong capsule can improve tumour completes remissions and immunological function in the patient with NPC,but can't increase side effect
