金匮肾气丸防治小鼠肾阳虚的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察金匮肾气丸(熟地黄、炒山药、山茱萸、泽泻、茯苓、附子、肉桂)对羟基脲所致小鼠肾阳虚的影响.方法:以小鼠皮温、自主活动、负重游泳时间和耐冻试验死亡率为指标,观察小鼠的活动变化;以血清中SOD、GSH-PX、MDA水平为指标,观察脂质过氧化情况;测定血清中睾酮含量,观察动物的性激素变化.结果:金匮肾气丸能明显升高羟基脲所致肾阳虚小鼠的皮温、增加自主活动次数、延长负重游泳时间、增加耐寒试验小鼠的生存率,并使血清中SOD、GSH-PX活力增强、MDA含量降低、血清中睾酮含量亦明显升高,而且高剂量组小鼠的死亡率明显低于模型组.结论:本品对羟基脲所致的小鼠肾阳虚模型有明显防治作用.

Abstract:AIM: To study the effect of Jinquishengqi Pill (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Rhizoma Dioscorae, Fructus Corni, Rhizoma Alismatis, Poria, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, cortex Cinnamoni, etc) (JQSQ) on the model of insufficiency of the kidney yang induced by hydroxycarbamide in mice. METHODS: The skin temperature, autonomic activity, swimming time and cryotolerance in mice model with Yang deficiency of kidney were observed. And SOD, GSH PX activities, MDA concentration in serum were analyzed. The content of testosterone in serum was measured. RESULTS: JQSQ could significantly make the skin temperature higher, improve autonomic activity, prolong swimming time and enhance cryotolerance. Moreover, it could obviously promote SOD, GSH PX activities, decrease MDA content and incrase testosterone level. CONCLUSION: JQSQ has obvious effect on treating model of insufficiency of kidney yang in mice.
