广东省放疗医师对乳腺癌改良根治术后放射治疗认识现状调查分析

目的]全面了解广东省放疗医师对乳腺癌改良根治术后放射治疗(postmastectomy ra-diotherapy,PMRT)的认识现状。方法]2007年6月～2008年6月,针对PMRT的价值、综合治疗时序、适应证和靶区选择等问题,在广东省抗癌协会放疗专业委员会注册放疗单位的放疗医师中通过问卷的方式进行调查。结果]共126名医师参加调查研究。认为PMRT仅可提高局控率和同时可提高生存率的医师分别占100%和25.2%。术后放疗和化疗的时序认识上以"化-放-化"夹心模式为主,占46.9%;手术到术后放疗间隔的中位时间为8周。术后放疗与三苯氧胺内分泌治疗的时序观点以序贯模式为主,占59.5%。术后放疗的适应证对T3～4期、腋窝淋巴结转移≥4个、T1～2期腋窝淋巴结转移1～3个、T1～2N0原发肿瘤位于内象限或中央区4种情况的认可率分别是97.6%、100%、46.8%和13.5%。在照射靶区中对胸壁、锁骨上区、内乳区和腋窝的认可率分别为86.5%、100%、49.2%和38.9%。结论]广东省放疗医师对PMRT是否可提高生存率、合理的术后放疗与化疗和内分泌治疗时序、以及合理选择T1～2期腋窝淋巴结转移1...

A Survey on Radiotherapists Knowlege of Postmastectomy Radiotherapy in Patients with Breast Cancer in Guangdong Province
