| 摘 要： | 用放免法定量检测肝癌组织，癌旁组织和正常肝组织中表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）含量。癌旁组织ＥＧＦ含量显著高于正常肝组织。癌组织与癌旁组织比较，其ＥＧＦ含量无显著性差异。作者认为ＥＧＦ对肝癌的发生发展有重要的促进作用，这种作用始于癌前病变

| Abstract: | Epidermal growth factor (EGF)in liver cancer,non cancerous tissues beside the cancer were significantly higher than in normal liver tissues,while EGF concentrations were no significant difference between cancer and non cancerous tissues beside the cancer.The author considered that EGF has an important improving effect in the growth of liver cnacer. The effect occurs in the earlier stage of carcinogenesis. |
