EBCT三维重建技术的应用

摘    要:评价电子束CT三维重建在诊断中的价值与限度。EBCT具有扫描速度快、图像清晰的特点,其三维影像可以任意旋转和切割,从不同角度观察病变情况。MPR、MIP、VR和SSD重建方法各有优缺点,应该相互补充,综合应用。EBCT提高了诊断率,降低了误诊率,为制订治疗方案提供准确信息。

Abstract:The value of3D-EBCT in diagnosing is evaluated in the paper.EBCT have the characteristics of ultrafast speed scan and clear image,3D images can be circumgyrated or incised arbitrarily that can show pathological changes in all direction.The reconstruction modes such as MPR?VR?MIP and SSD have their own advantages and disadvantages,they should be used together to optimise the visualization.EBCT improves diagnostic rate and reduces erroneous rate,so offers a lot of correct information for treatment plan.
