| 摘 要： | 目的观察老年高血压患者血液流变学改变和甲襞微循环改变。方法对50例健康人和60例老年原发性高血压患者进行血液流变学和甲襞微循环检测。结果老年原发性高血压患者普遍存在血液流变学和甲襞微循环的改变（P＜0.01）。结论老年原发性高血压与微循环障碍有一定关系,微循环检测对老年高血压患者诊断治疗有帮助。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the hyperpietic blood flowing deformation and microcirculation changes of the aged patients. Methods Conduct the test of the blood flowing deformation and the microciculation changes for 50 healthy persons and 60 aged patients with primary hyperpietic disease respectively. Results The aged patients with primary hyperpietic disease always have blood flowing deformation learning and microcirculation changes（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Primary hypertension of aged patients has something to do with the microcirculation obstacle,and the microcirculation detecting can help to diagnose and treat the aged patients with hyperpietic disease. |
