氟比洛芬酯注射液预防小儿全麻苏醒期躁动的临床观察

目的：观察氟比洛芬酯预防小儿全麻苏醒期躁动的效果。方法：80例年龄3～10岁、ASAⅠ级择期行扁桃体和（或）腺样体手术的患儿,随机分为对照组（n=20）,实验组1（手术前静脉注射氟比洛芬酯0.5mg/kg,n=20）,实验组2（手术结束前静脉注射氟比洛芬酯0.5mg/kg,n=20）,实验组3（手术前及后均静脉注射氟比洛芬酯0.5mg/kg,n=20）。观察各组患儿在各观察时点的心率、平均动脉压、血氧饱和度及躁动评分、意识状态（OAA/S）评分。术后24h随访副作用。结果：四组患儿拔管时间及苏醒时间差异无统计学意义。与对照组对比,各实验组在各观察时点的躁动评分、心率、平均动脉压均有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论：静脉注射氟比洛芬酯可以有效预防小儿全麻苏醒期躁动。

Effect of Flurbiprofen on emergence agitation in children receiving general anaesthesia for adenotonsillectomy procedure

Objective：To investigate the effect of Flurbiprofen on emergence agitation in children receiving general anaesthesia for adenotonsillectomy procedure.Methods：80 patients receiving general anaesthesia for adenotonsillectomy procedure were randomly divided into control group（n=20）,experimental group1（administration of Flurbiprofen 0.5 mg/kg before the operation,n=20）,experimental group2（administration of Flurbiprofen 0.5 mg/kg before the end of operation,n=20）,experimental group3（administration of Flurbiprofen 0.5 mg/kg before the operation and at the end of operation,n=20）.HR,MAP,SpO2 and Pediatric Anesthesia Emergence Delirium（PAED） Scale and OAA/S were recorded,followed-up 24 h after the operation visited the side effects.Results：There was no significant differences in the time of extubation and analepsia among groups.There were significant differences in scores of PAED Scale,HR,MAP.Conclusion：Flurbiprofen can decrease the severity of emergence agitation in children receiving general anaesthesia for aadenotonsillectomy procedure.
