低场磁共振成像诊断膝关节训练伤的价值探讨

摘    要:目的探讨采用低场MRI诊断膝关节训练伤的价值。方法48例经临床或手术证实、X线和CT检查均为阴性的膝关节军事训练伤患者,采用0.35T永磁开放式磁共振检查.结果发现骨挫伤29例,半月板损伤44例,交叉韧带损伤33例,副韧带损伤27例。结论低场MRI可以获得较高质量的膝关节图像,2D Flash水激发成像更可以满足临床诊断需要;斜矢状位及冠状似宜列为常规扫描方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the low field MRI in diagnosing knee joint injuries due to military training.Methods Forty-eight subjects with knee joint injuries due to military training,proved clinically or by surgery,but having no abnormal findings in X-ray and CT images,underwent 0.35T permanent-magnet open MRI examination.Results MRI showed bone injury in 29 cases,meniscus injury in 44,cruciate ligament injury in 33,and accessory ligament injury in 27.Conclusions Low field MRI produces high quality images of knee joint,especially in 2D flash+fluid exciting sequence;oblique sagittal and coronal scanning should be used as general detection procedures.
