壮腰健肾口服液的药理作用

考察壮腰健肾口服液的药理作用。方法：对实验小鼠和大鼠性器官和性激素进行定量测定，用二甲苯致炎法、扭体法，热板法、腹腔炎症法，棉球法测定消炎镇痛作用。结果能显著增加去势小鼠和大鼠性器官的重量，提高热刺激致痛反应的痛阈值，抑制二甲苯所小鼠耳廓肿胀度，减少醋酸所致小鼠腹膜炎伊文思蓝渗出量。

Pharmacological Actions of Zhuangyaojianshen Oral Liquid

Objective: To investigate the pharmacological action of Zhuangyaojianshen Oral Liquid. Methods: The sex ogano and hormone of experimental mice and rats were determined. The auti inflammatory and analgesic actions were investigated by the methods of xylol induced inflammation, body twisting, heat plate, celiae inflammation and coffon ball. Results: It could obriourly increase the sex ogaro weight of castrated mice and rats, raise the pain threshold value of heat stimulation, inhitite the mouse auricle tumefaction degree induced by xylol, reduced Evans blue excretion of mouse peritonitis induced by acetic acid. Conclusions: The experiment results are accordant with its clinical application for invigorating the kidney and strengthening yang, and expeling wind evil and alleviating pain.
