葡萄膜炎并发白内障手术适应证及手术方法探讨

目的 探讨葡萄膜炎并发白内障的手术适应证及手术方法。方法 对光定位准确，色觉正常，角膜无明显浑浊，眼压正常，无视网膜脱离的并发性白内障27例(27眼)，进行小切口白内障囊外摘出术。术中以不同方法，对炎性机化膜进行清除处理。结果 27例通过手术治疗，视力均得到提高，达到复明效果。结论 葡萄膜炎并发白内障在选好适应证的情况下以适当的方法进行手术，效果是可靠的，对此类患者不应放弃治疗。

The exploration of operative indications and operation programs for uveitic complicated cataract

Objective To investigate the operative indications and the operation programs for uveitic complicated cataract.Methods 27 cases (27 eyes)of uveitic complicated cataract with accurate light projection,normal color vision,clear corneal,normal intraocular pressure,and no complication of retinal detachment were operated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction,different ways were used to clear out the inflammatory exudation membranes.Results All of 27 patients got improved vision and some even gained rehabilitation of light.Conclusion With approppriate operative indication and treatment, the effect of uveitic cataract extraction is reliable.We should not give up the treatmnet to the patients of this kind.
