| 摘 要： | 目的：研究人脑胶质瘤中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达及意义。方法：采用免疫组化SABC法检测63例人脑胶质瘤组织中VEGF的表达。结果：63例中50例VEGF染色阳性，阳性率79．4％，VEGF的表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度及肿瘤复发相关（P＜0．01），而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤生长部位及肿瘤大小无关（P＞0．05）。结论：VEGF的表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度及复发相关，可作为一项有意义的预后指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the significance and expression patterns of vascular endothelial growth factor in human glioma Methods: Paraffin embedded specimens from 63 patients with glioma were examined by immunohistochemical staining(SABC) Results: Fifty out of 63 were positive for VEGF, the positive rate of VEGF was 79 4% The expression of VEGF significantly correlated with the histological grade and recurrence of glioma(P<0 01), but had no relation with sex, age or position of the tumor(P>0 05) Conclusion: VEGF correlates positively to histological grade and recurrence of glioma It can be a predictable index of prognosis |
