| 摘 要： | 用0.35T MRI 研究了103例创后脊柱的稳定性。平片法及CT 法(Denis 法)作为MRI 诊断脊柱稳定性的标准。平片及CT 上发现的脊柱不稳征象均可为MRI 矢状面及横断面发现。在平片诊断中有75%不稳定脊柱在MRI 上可见脊髓损伤。在CT 诊断中75%不稳定脊柱在MRI 上可见脊髓损伤。作者认为用MRI 诊断创伤后脊柱不稳很有价值,MRI 不但具有平片和CT 的优点而且可了解脊髓是否损伤。

| Abstract: | 103 cases of the posttraumatic spine stability were studied with 0.35T MRI.Plain filmand CT(Denis'method)were used as substitutive diagnostic criterion for spine stability in MRI.Thesigns of unstable spine in plain film and CT can be observed in sagitsl and transversal MRI.The spinalcord injuries were detected by MRI in 78% of unstable spines diagnosed with plain film.In the unstablespines diagnosed with CT 75% showed spinal cord injuries in MRI.MRI is valuable to diagnoseposttraumatic spine stability.MRI not only gave many advantages over plain film and CT but also caninvestigate if any spinal cord injury. |
