| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨孕妇血清与脐血中一氧化氮 (NO)含量与早产的关系。方法 采用NO间接比色法 ,测定 90例早产及 90例同孕期正常妊娠妇女血清及其新生儿脐血中NO含量 ,并进行比较。结果 早产妇女血清及脐血中NO含量明显低于同孕期正常妊娠妇女 (P <0 .0 1)。而早产妇女血清和脐血中NO含量差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 孕期NO含量变化在维持正常妊娠生理及早产发动中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between NO level in maternal and fetal blood and premature delivery. Methods The NO level of maternal and fetal blood was measured and companed using indirect colorimetery in 90 cases of premature deliveries and 90 cases of normal pregnancies, both of which were in the same period of pregnancy. Results NO level of maternal and fetal blood in cases of premature delivery was significantly lower than that in normal cases (P<0.01). There was no difference of the NO level between maternal and fetal blood in the cases of premature delivery (P> 0.05). Conclusion The variation of NO level in pregnancies plays an important role in maintaining normal physiology of pregnancy and the start of labor in premature delivery. |
