摘    要:首先完成动物心肌缺血模型,并在病理切片上进行肌酸激酶的免疫组化染色,再经CFG图像分析系统对切片各像素的红、绿、蓝色值进行测定。最后分析认定:缺血1h后,心肌细胞的着色程度较正常有显著性降低,降低的程度随缺血时间延长而明显;着色性降低的区域,随缺血时间的延长而扩大。CFG图像分析系统具有工作速度快、精确性高的优点。

Abstract:CFG image analysis system digitizes a image coming from a video camera then to show this image on a video monitor.It can make multiple quantitative analysis to image structure. In our experiment,first,the myocardial ischemia model is completed,making the immunohistochemical staining of creatine kinase on pathological sections, then to measure the red,green and blue color data of every pixels of these section with CFG image analysis system. The results showed that the color data is prominent lower than that normal after 1 hour ischemia;the decreased degree of color data is marked accompanying by the increased ischemic time;the area of color data decrease become larger accompanying by the increased ischimic time.CFG image analysis has advantages of rapid and precise.
