| 摘 要： | 抓好医疗质量管理应把握四个基本要素：医疗质量管理目标、医疗质量管理队伍、医疗质量的考评、医疗质量的奖惩。本章就西部地区小医院如何在西部大开发中把握这些基本要素，加强医疗质量管理、更新观念、改变思路、抓住机遇、实现跨越式发展，结合工作实际介绍了几点做法和体会。

Study on Medical Quality Control of Western Small Hospitals |

| Abstract: | The author introduced 4 basic elements in dealing with medical quality control, they were the objective of medical control, the construction of the management team, the assessment of the medical quality and the policy of punishing and praising. The paper introduced how the small hospitals in the nation's west region stick to these basic element, intensifying their medical quality control, renew their ideology, changing their minds, seizing the opportunity and realizing the great development. |
