摘    要:目的研究鱼腥草中胰蛋白酶抑制剂活性成分的最佳提取条件。方法以提取液对胰蛋白酶的抑制率为指标,采用正交试验法对提取温度(A)、溶剂用量(B)、pH值(C)、提取时间(D)4个因素进行优选研究,并以优选出的提取方案进行验证实验。结果因素B对提取效果有极显著的影响,因素A、C均有显著的影响,因素D影响不显著。结论鱼腥草中胰蛋白酶抑制活性成分有效部位的最佳提取工艺为A1B2C3D2。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction procedure for trypsin inhibitor from Houttuynia cordata Thunb..Methods The inhibition rate of trypsin activity was used as screening parameter,we employed the orthogonal design method to test the effects of four factors,including temperature of extraction solution(A),volume of extraction solution(B),pH value of extraction solution(C) and time of extraction(D),on the extraction of trypsin inhibitor.Results Factor B performed the most significant effect on the extraction,and factors A and C came the next and factor D the last.Conclusion The optimum extraction technology is A1B2C3D2 when the inhibition ratio of trypsin activity is considered as preferential parameter.
