痰热清联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效观察

目的:探讨痰热清联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:采用痰热清联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎,并与单独用药组进行疗效对比。结果:联合组的显效率和总有效率分别为38.3%和97.1%;经统计分析发现联合组的显效率及总有效率均明显高于痰热清组和阿奇霉素组(P<0.05)。联合组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、胸闷气喘缓解时间、X线吸收消散时间及平均住院时间均明显低于痰热清组和阿奇霉素组(P<0.05)。联合组中发生恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹泻的患儿明显少于痰热清组和阿奇霉素组。结论:痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著,缩短了疗程,不良反应轻微且发生率低,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。

Observation on clinical efficacy of sequential therapy of Tanreqing combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of sequential therapy of Tanreqing combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:The children with mycoplasma pneumonia were treated with sequential therapy of Tanreqing combined with azithromycin,then the clinical efficacy was compared to single drug group.Results:The obvious effective rate and total effective rate were 38.3% and 97.1%,respectively;the obvious effective rate and total effective rate in combined group were significantly higher than those in Tanreqing group and azithromycin group(P<0.05).The times of cough disappearance,pulmonary rales disappearance,chest tightness and asthma remission,X-ray absorption dispersion and average hospitalization time in combined group were significantly lower than those in Tanreqing group and azithromycin group(P<0.05).The incidences of nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhea in combined group were significantly lower than those in Tanreqing group and azithromycin group.Conclusion:Sequential therapy of Tanreqing combined with azithromycin is effective in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,with less adverse reactions,low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety,which shortens the course of treatment,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
