| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨P16蛋白在子宫内膜癌发生和发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化法检测P16蛋白在30例增生期子宫内膜、28例单纯型增生过长、14例复杂型增生过长、10例非典型增生过长和50例子宫内膜癌中的表达。结果:在增生期子宫内膜、单纯型增生过长、复杂型增生过长、非典型增生过长和子宫内膜癌中P16的表达依次降低,子宫内膜癌中P16的表达与增生期子宫内膜相比,明显降低(P<0.05)。组织学分级G2+G3级中P16的阳性表达率明显低于G1级(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组明显低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。结论:P16蛋白的表达与子宫内膜癌的发生发展密切相关,可作为子宫内膜癌的预后指标。

The expression of P16 protein in endometrial epithelial lesions and their significance |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the role of p16 in the genesis and development of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:The expression of p16 was examined by immunohistochemistry in specimens of 30 proliferative phase of endometrium,28 simple hyperplasia,14 complex hyperplasia,10 atypical hyperplasia and 50 endometrial carcinoma.Results:The positive expression of p16 was associated with histologic grade and lymph node metastasis.The positive expression rate of p16 in proliferative phase of endometrium was significantly higher than that in endometrial carcinoma (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of p16 may play an important role in the genesis,development and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. |
