Smad2和Smad4蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达

目的:探讨Smad2和Smad4在子宫内膜腺癌组织中表达情况,分析其与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的关系及意义。方法:免疫组化法检测在正常增殖期子宫内膜(n=15)、不典型增生子宫内膜(n=20)及子宫内膜腺癌(n=52)中Smad2和Smad4的表达情况,评估其与子宫内膜腺癌的临床病理参数间的关系。结果:Smad2在子宫内膜腺癌中阳性表达率明显高于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Smad4在子宫内膜腺癌中阳性表达率明显低于正常增殖期子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Smad2与内膜癌肌层浸润深度和肿瘤分化程度相关(P<0.05);Smad4与内膜癌肌层浸润深度相关(P<0.05)。结论:Smad2和Smad4蛋白与子宫内膜癌变密切相关,可作为预后判断指标。

Expressions of Smad2 and Smad4 in endometrial adenocarcinoma

Objective:To explore the expressions of Smad2 and Smad4 in endometrial adenocarcinoma,analyze the relationship between Smad2,Smad4 and oncogenesis,development of endometrial adenocarcinoma,and their significance.Methods:The expression levels of Smad2 and Smad4 in proliferative phase of normal endometrium(n=15),atypical hyperplasia of endometrium(n=20)and endometrium of endometrial adenocarcinoma(n=52)were detected by immunohistochemistry,the relationship between Smad2,Smad4 and clinicopathological parameters of endometrial adenocarcinoma was evaluated.Results:The positive expression rate of Smad2 in endometrium of endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of Smad4 in endometrium of endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in proliferative phase of normal endometrium(P<0.05);there was correlation between Smad2 and depth of myometrial invasion and degree of differentiation of endometrial adenocarcinoma(P<0.05);there was correlation between Smad4 and depth of myometrial invasion of endometrial adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:Smad2 and Smad4 are related to carcinogenesis of endometrial adenocarcinoma,which can be used as prognostic markers.
