| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)携带孕妇及其新生儿应用乙肝免疫球蛋白(HBIG)阻断乙肝病毒母婴传播的效果。方法:A组50例于孕28、32、36周分别注射HBIG200IU,B组40例仅常规产前检查及监护。结果:A组较B组新生儿出生时脐静脉血HBsAg阳性率显著降低(P0.05)。结论:对HBsAg携带者孕晚期多次应用HBIG,可有效阻断乙肝病毒母婴垂直传播。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the blocking effect of hepatitis B immunoglobulin on mother-infant transmission of surface antigen of hepatitis B(HBsAg)carrier and their neonates.Methods:50 cases in group A were injected with HBIG 200IU on the 28th,32nd and 36th gestational weeks,while 40 cases in group B received routine prenatal examination and monitoring.Results:The positive rate of HBsAg in umbilical cord vein blood in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Many applications of HBIG in late pregnancy for HBsAg carriers can block the vertical transmission of hepatitis B virus from mother to infant effectively. |
