助产分娩球在骨盆倾斜度异常临产产妇中的应用研究

目的:观察分娩球在骨盆倾斜度异常孕产妇临产后使用的效果。方法:随机选择本院2006年6月～2007年6月住院分娩的产妇150例作为观察组,120例为对照组。观察组在临产后,由助产士(师)负责指导孕产妇坐或半坐卧位在分娩球上。对照组在孕产妇临产后采取常规体位,即卧位(平卧位、交替左右侧卧位)。结果:观察组孕产妇胎头衔接比对照组顺利,第一产程时间及总产程时间比对照组缩短,疼痛缓解的效果比对照组好,阴道分娩率比对照组高、剖宫产率比对照组低,产后出血量及新生儿窒息率比对照组少,以上指标两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用分娩球可使胎头衔接顺利,加速产程进展,缓解疼痛,提高阴道分娩率,降低剖宫产率,减少产后出血,降低新生儿窒息率,促进自然分娩。

Application of assisted deliveries ball in parturient women with abnormal pelvic tilt

Objective:To observe the effect of assisted deliveries ball on parturient women with abnormal pelvic tilt.Methods:270 parturient women (150 parturient women as observation group and 120 parturient women as control group) were selected randomly from June 2006 to June 2007.The parturient women in observation group directed by midwives adopted half-sitting or lying or sitting on the assisted deliveries ball in childbirth.The parturient women in control group adopted conventional position in childbirth (supine position,lateral position around the turn).Results:The engagement of fetal head of observation group was more smooth than that of control group;the first stage of labor time and the total production process in observation group were shorter than those in control group; the effect of pain relief in observation group was better than that in control group;the rate of vaginal delivery in observation group was higher than that in control group,but the rate of cesarean section,the incidences of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in observation group was lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Assisted deliveries ball can smooth the engagement of fetal head,accelerate the progress of labor,relieve the pain in birth,improve the rate of vaginal delivery and reduce the rate of cesarean section as well as the incidences of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia and promote natural childbirth.
