高能聚焦超声治疗有生育要求妇女重度宫颈糜烂的疗效评价

目的:评价高能聚焦超声技术治疗有生育要求妇女重度宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法:应用高能聚焦超声治疗仪对79例重度宫颈糜烂的有生育要求妇女进行治疗,其中糜烂直径范围在2.5～3 cm 31例,3～3.5 cm 27例,3.5～4 cm 21例,评价疗效。结果:3组重度宫颈糜烂的总有效率分别为96.8%、96.3%、90.5%。结论:高能聚焦超声治疗有生育要求重度宫颈糜烂妇女疗效确切,值得推广。

Therapeutic evaluation of high intensity focused ultrasound on severe cervical ero-sion in women with reproductive requirements

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of high intensity focused ultrasound on severe cervical erosion in women with reproductive requirements.Methods:79 women having reproductive requirements with severe cervical erosion were treated with high intensity focused ultrasound,including 31 cases with diameter of 2.5~3 cm,27 cases with diameter of 3~3.5 cm and 21 cases with diameter of 3.5~4 cm,and the curative effects were evaluated.Results:The effective percentages of three types of severe cervical erosion were 96.8%,96.3%,90.5%,respectively.Conclusion:The treatment of high intensity focused ultrasound for severe cervical erosion is safe and effective.
