| 摘 要： | 目的:从尿动力学角度探讨子宫切除术后压力性尿失禁患者尿控能力损伤的特点。方法:对84例临床诊断为压力性尿失禁的患者进行尿动力学检查,其中15例为子宫切除术后压力性尿失禁(手术组),69例无盆腔手术史(无手术组),对比两组尿动力学参数。结果:手术组的ALPP较无手术组低(P0.01);而两组膀胱功能异常率及尿道压力参数MUCP、FUL比较,无显著性差异。结论:子宫切除术后压力性尿失禁患者静息状态下尿控能力无明显变化,而应力性尿控能力下降。

The urodynamic analysis on patients with stress urinary incontinence after hysterectomy |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the characteristics of urinary ability injury in patients with stress urinary incontinence after hysterectomy from the point of urodynamics.Methods:84 cases diagnosed as stress urinary incontinence clinically received urodynamic examination,including 15 cases of stress urinary incontinence after hysterectomy (surgery group) and 69 cases without history of pelvic operation (non-surgery group),the urodynamic parameters of the two groups were compared.Results:The abdominal leak point pressure (ALPP) in surgery group was significantly lower than that in non-surgery group (P<0.01); but there was no significant difference in rate of abnormal bladder function,maximum urethral closure pressure (MUCP) and functional urethral length (FUL) between the two groups.Conclusion:The changes of urinary ability in patients with stress urinary incontinence after hysterectomy under quiescent condition are not obvious,while the stress urinary ability decreases. |
