| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理干预对减轻产妇分娩疼痛的作用。方法:120例产妇随机分为实验组和对照组,在分娩前后对实验组产妇进行全程的心理干预,对照组按常规护理。比较两组产妇生产前和分娩中心率增加值以及分娩过程中痛苦行为反应得分的差异。结果:实验组心率增加值显著低于对照组(t=4.211,P<0.01);实验组分娩过程中痛苦行为反应得分也显著低于对照组(t=4.553,P<0.01)。结论:对产妇进行心理干预可以减轻产妇分娩疼痛。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention for allaying parturition pain in pregnant women.Methods:120 cases of parturient women were divided into namely experimental group and control group at random.According to psychological status of parturient women,experimental group accepted psychological nursing and control group accepted routine nursing.The value-added of heart rate and the score of pain responses were analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,the value-added of heart rate of experimental group were dropped(P<0.01),and the score of pain responses of experimental group were also reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion:Psychological intervention is very important for allaying parturition pain. |
