5种IUD使用3年的临床效果分析

目的:观察5种宫内节育器(IUD)放置3年的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析放置爱母环、元宫220型、宫铜、TCu 380型、母体乐等5种IUD的672例观察对象,追踪使用IUD 3年的临床随访观察效果。结果:3年的随访结果表明,元宫220型的续用率最高(97.89%),妊娠率最低(0.70%),脱落率(0%)最低,异常出血(5.63%)和疼痛(3.52%)的发生率最低(P<0.05)。TCu 380型的续用率最低,妊娠率最高,脱落率以爱母环和元宫220型最低,TCu380型和母体乐最高。结论:活性元宫220型IUD较其他4种IUD具有副作用小、续用率高、避孕效果好等优点,可在临床广泛应用。

Analysis on clinical effect of 5 types of intrauterine device within 3 years

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of 5 types of intrauterine device(IUD) within 3 years.Methods:672 cases provided VCu200 IUD,Uterine cavity-shaped Cu 300 IUD,YGCu 200 IUD,TCu380 IUD and MLCu IUD were selected and analyzed retrospectively.All the cases were followed up to observe clinical effect of IUD in 1,2 and 3 years.Results:The continuation rate of YGCu 200 IUD(97.89%) was the highest in 3 years.The rate in 3 years was the lowest with the expulsion pregnant rate 0.70%,withdrawing rate 0%,abnormal bleeding rate 5.63% and pain rate 3.52%(P<0.05).The continuation rate of TCu380 was the lowest,while the pregnant rate was the highest,withdrawing rates of YGCu 200 IUD and VCu200 IUD were the lowest,TCu380 and MLCu IUD reversed.Conclusion:Compared with the other 4 types of IUD,YGCu 200 IUD has the advantages of low side effects,high continuation rate and good effective contraception,which should be applied in clinic widely.
