宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中AngⅡ和AQP1的表达

目的:探讨宫颈鳞癌中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、水通道蛋白1(AQP1)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测46例宫颈浸润癌患者、11例原位癌患者和20例正常妇女宫颈组织中AngⅡ、AQP1蛋白的表达。结果:AngⅡ、AQP1蛋白在宫颈浸润癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为73.9%、71.7%,与正常宫颈组织和原位癌组织相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AngⅡ和AQP1的表达量与宫颈浸润癌的FIGO分期、盆腔淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与组织学分级、患者年龄无关(P>0.05);癌组织中AngⅡ与AQP1的表达具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:AngⅡ和AQP1可能与宫颈鳞癌的发生发展有关;AngⅡ和AQP1在宫颈鳞癌的发生发展中可能具有某种协同作用。

Expressions of Ang Ⅱ and AQP1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

Objective:To explore the expressions and significance of angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)and aquaporin 1(AQP1)in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:The expression levels of Ang II and AQP1 in 46 cases with invasive carcinoma of cervix,11 cases with carcinoma in situs of cervix and 20 cases with normal cervical tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results:The positive rates of Ang II and AQP1 in invasive carcinoma of cervix were 73.9% and 71.7%,respectively,compared to carcinoma in situs of cervix and normal cervical tissues,there was significant difference(P<0.05);the expression levels of Ang II and AQP1 were related to FIGO staging of invasive carcinoma of cervix and pelvic lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),but had no reference to histological staging and age of patients(P>0.05);there was a positive correlation between Ang II expression and AQP1 expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:AngⅡ and AQP1 may be related to occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,which may play synergistic effect in occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
