| 摘 要： | 目的:比较妈富隆、妇康片治疗绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血的治疗效果。方法:将100例确诊为绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血的患者随机分为妈富隆组(实验组)与妇康片组(对照组)各50例,比较两组患者的止血效果、不良反应,并观察治疗1年后病例自然绝经情况。结果:实验组的总有效率为94.0%,与对照组的总有效率84.0%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血效果显著,方法简便,不良反应轻,临床效果优于妇康片。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of marvelon and norethindrone on dysfunctional uterine bleeding during menopausal transition period. Methods: 100 eases diagnosed as dysfunctional uterine bleeding during menopausal transition period were di-vided into experimental group (50 cases using marvelon) and control group (50 eases using norethindrone), the effect of stopping bleeding,adverse reaction and natural menopausal condition after one year in two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of experimen-tal group was 94. 0%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (84. 0%) (P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of marvelon is better than that of norethindrone in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during menopausal transition period. |
