经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁32例临床分析

目的:探讨经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术(Transobturator inside-outtension-freeurethral suspension,TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(Stress Urinary Incontinence,SUI)的效果及安全性。方法:2007年10月～2009年7月采用经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性SUl32例。结果:手术时间10～25min,平均(15±3)min;术中出血量10～20ml,平均(15±2)ml。32例均治愈,随访8个月均良好,无复发,其中1例术后排尿困难,保留尿管4天后自行排尿。结论:TVT-O术操作简便快捷,创伤小,合并症少,疗效肯定,是一种治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。

Clinical analysis on 32 cases with female stress urinary incontinence treated with transobturator inside-out tension-free urethral suspension

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of transobturator inside-out tension-free urethral suspension ( TVT O) in treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods: 36 cases with female stress urinary incontinence were treated with TVT O from October 2007 to July 2009. Results: The operative time ranged from 10 to 25 minutes,( 15 ± 3) minutes on average; the amount of intraoperative bleeding was 10 ～ 20 ml,( 15 ± 2) ml on average; 36 cases were cured,no recurrence occurred after follow up for 8 months,urinary retention was found in 1 case after operation,indwelling catheter was used for 4 days,then voluntary micturition was developed. Conclusion: TVT O is simple and minimally invasive,with low complications rate and definite clinical efficacy,which is a effective method in treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.
