欣母沛在预防剖宫产产后出血中的临床观察

目的:探讨欣母沛在预防剖宫产产后出血中的临床疗效。方法:选择2008年3月～2009年9月收治的剖宫产患者92例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。两组均进行剖宫产,并在胎儿娩出后给予5%葡萄糖液500ml加催产素20U静脉滴注。观察组在此基础上加用欣母沛治疗方案。结果:与对照组相比观察组患者产后出血例数、产后出血发生率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后2h平均出血量和产后24h平均出血量均明显降低,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:欣母沛对于预防患者剖宫产产后出血具有十分重要的临床价值,可进行推广。

Clinical observation on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section prevented by hemabate

Objective:To explore the curative effect of hemabate in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods:92 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section from March 2008 to September 2009 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,46 patients in each group.The patients in the two groups underwent cesarean section,then they were treated with 5% glucose solution 500 ml plus intravenous oxytocin 20U,at the same time,the patients in observation group were treated with hemabate.Results:The number and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the average amount of postpartum hemorrhage on the second and twenty-fourth hours in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemabate has important clinical value in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,which is worth popularizing.
