孕妇孕期膳食结构与新生儿出生体重相关分析

摘    要:目的:了解孕妇膳食结构与新生儿出生体重相关关系,为开展孕期营养教育与营养改善工作提供科学依据。方法:以西固区医院130例孕妇为调查对象,对孕妇各种膳食摄入情况进行调查分析,并收集新生儿出生体重资料用于统计分析。结果:孕妇谷类、蛋类、畜禽肉类、油类摄入与新生儿出生体重成正相关(P0.05),水果类、蔬菜类、鱼虾类、大豆类、奶类及奶制品摄入与新生儿体重不成线性相关(P0.05)。结论:孕妇谷类、蛋类、畜禽肉类及油类与新生儿出生体重密切相关,但孕妇膳食结构不合理,应调整不平衡膳食结构,加强孕期营养知识教育。

Analysis of the relationship between maternal diet during pregnancy and neonatal birth weight
Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between healthy pregnant woman's dietary pattern and newborn birth weight and provide basic information for nutrition improvement.Methods:The food frequency phenomenon and newborn birth weight of 130 pregnant women in Xigu Hospital were investigated.Results:The intake of cereal,eggs,meat and lipids were statistically significant correlated with the newborn birth weight(P<0.05);The intake of fruit,vegetable,fish,pulses,milk and its products were not significant with the newborn birth weight (P>0.05).Conclusion:The intake of cereal,eggs,meat and lipids are related to the newborn birth weight. But the dietary pattern of the pregnant woman is not balance and should be improved by strengthening nutrition education.
