| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠史和不孕原因对体外受精-胚胎移植临床结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析317例患者的临床资料。结果:在年龄和助孕术式方面,原发不孕组与继发不孕组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);按不孕原因分为4组,输卵管性因素组和男性因素组比较妊娠率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性因素组和子宫内膜异位症组比较卵裂率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原发不孕组和继发不孕组比较妊娠率无统计学意义;男性因素组妊娠率较高。

Effect of the pregnancy history and infertility causes on clinical outcome of fertilization and embryo transfer in vitro |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of the pregnancy history and infertility causes on clinical outcome of fertilization and embryo transfer in vitro.Methods:The data of 317 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There was significant difference in age and assisted reproductive technology between primary infertility group and secondary infertility group (P<0.05).According to the infertility causes,cases were divided into four groups.There was significant difference in pregnancy rate between oviduct effect factor group and husband effect factor group (P<0.05),and there was significant difference in cleavage rate between husband effect factor group and endometriosis effect factor group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The pregnancy rate between primary infertility group and secondary infertility group has no difference.The pregnancy rate is high in husband effect factor group. |
