| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨孕妇学校健康教育对母婴健康的重要作用。方法:选取在孕妇学校接受过健康教育的产妇160例为实验组,并选取同期未进行健康教育的150例产妇为对照组,进行对照分析。结果:就妊娠结局、顺产率、剖宫产率、母乳喂养成功率和母婴患病情况等方面进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:开展孕妇学校健康教育在提高孕产妇的自我保健意识、降低剖宫产率、提高纯母乳喂养率和保障母婴健康等诸方面有重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the important effect of health education in pregnancy school on health of mothers and infants.Methods:160 pregnant women receiving health education in pregnancy school were selected as study group,while 150 pregnant women without health education at the same time were selected as control group,then comparative analysis was conducted.Results:There was significant difference in pregnancy outcomes,rates of spontaneous labor,cesarean section,the success rate of breast feeding and sickness status of mothers and infants between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:Health education in pregnancy school has important realistic significance in terms of improving maternal self-health awareness,reducing the rate of cesarean section,improving the rate of exclusive breast feeding and ensuring health of mothers and infants. |
