河南地区女性阴道炎流行病学调查分析

目的:了解河南地区女性阴道炎的流行情况及影响因素,为制订本地区阴道炎防治措施提供依据。方法:采用生理盐水涂片法和革兰氏染色法对妇科门诊的体检者及患者进行阴道分泌物常规检测,并记录患者的年龄、职业、婚姻状况、基本生活状况。结果:霉菌的感染率为6.98%、滴虫的感染率为5.10%、革兰氏阳性球菌或球杆菌感染率为4.90%;阴道炎发生与年龄、职业、婚姻状况及卫生状况等因素具有相关性。结论:霉菌感染和滴虫感染仍是影响青年女性生殖健康的重要因素。

Epidemiological investigation and analysis of vaginitis in the women of Henan area

Objective:To investigate the prevalence and influence factors of vaginitis in the women in Henan area and to provide a scientific bases for the prophylaxis and treatment.Methods:Pap smear method and Gram staining method were used for the determination of vaginitis. The age,occupation,marital status and basic living conditions of the women were recorded.Results:The infection rate of mycosis was 6.98%,of trichomoniasis was 5.10%,and of Gram-positive cocci was 4.90%. Vaginitis was correlated with their age,occupation,marital status and sanitary condition.Conclusion:At present,the infection of mycosis and trichomoniasis is still an important influence factor for the young females' reproductive healthy.
