江苏省流动妇女生存现状研究

目的:分析江苏省流动妇女的生存状况。方法:2007年5月和8月对南京市建邺区、盐城市亭湖区1617名15～49周岁的流动妇女进行问卷调查。结果:流动妇女面临的主要问题如下:①收入水平低,南京市调查对象的月平均收入为932元,盐城市调查对象的月平均收入为884元。②子女教育难,在读初中或小学的流动妇女子女,有44.9%在流入地上学,其中在南京当地上学的需交借读费平均为1974元/人;在盐城市上学,需交赞助费平均为5459元/人;55.1%在家乡上学,成为留守儿童。③保健意识差,在查出患有妇科疾病的流动妇女中,只有15.2%的流动妇女进行过治疗。结论:江苏省流动妇女面临诸多问题和服务需求,政府和相关妇幼保健机构应积极采取措施,加强和改进对流动妇女的管理。

Investigation on living status of floating women in Jiangsu

Objective:To analyze the living status of floating women in Jiangsu.Methods:1 617 floating women aged 15~49 years old from Jianye District in Nanjing city and Tinghu District in Yancheng city were surveyed by questionnaires from May to August 2007.Results:The main questions floating women faced included:low-income economies:the average monthly incomes in Nanjing and Yancheng were 932 Yuan and 884 Yuan.Educational difficult of children:among the children in primary school and junior middle school of floating women,44.9% of them were studying in Nanjing and Yancheng,they paid 1 974 Yuan/person for extra-paid fee in Nanjing and paid 5 459 Yuan/person for extra-paid fee in Yancheng on average,respectively; 55.1% of them were studying in hometown,becoming stay-at-home children.Poor awareness of health care:among the floating women with gynecological diseases,only 15.2% of them went to see a doctor.Conclusion:The floating women in Jiangsu face many questions and demand of services,positive measures should be adopted by government and Maternity and Child Care Centers to enhance and improve the management of floating women.
