不同抚养者对婴儿发育商及气质的影响

目的:探讨不同的抚养者对婴幼儿气质特点及智能发育的影响。方法:对2006年度在该科体检的116名婴幼儿进行气质和发育水平的评价,采用《婴儿气质问卷修订版》(RITO)和《幼儿气质评估量表》(TTQ),以及首都儿研所的《0～6岁小儿精神发育检查表》评价智能发育。结果:不同的抚养者对婴幼儿的气质和智能发育水平有明显的影响,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:学历低的母亲所抚养的婴幼儿较学历高者发育商低,在气质方面,较高学历的母亲所抚养的婴幼儿呈较好的趋势,而由其他抚养人抚养的婴幼儿与其他学历组无明显区别。

Effect of different takecarers on developmental quotient and temperament of infants

Objective:To explore the effect of different takecarer on developmental quotient and temperament of infants.Methods:The temperament trails and levels of development were assessed in 116 infants in 2006.Carey' Revised Infant Temperatment Questionnaire (RITQ) and Toddler Temperatment Questionnaire (TTQ) were used to assess temperament of infants,while capital insititute of pediatrics's 0～6 children's neuropsychiatry development scale was used to test intelligence deveoplment of infants.Results:There was difference in developmental quotient and temperament of infants between different takecarers.Conclusion:There is significant difference in development quotient of infants between raised by well-educated mothers and lowbred mothers.Also there is good tendence of temperatment in the infant whose takecarers are well-educated.
