重度子痫前期胎盘组织中Bcl-2和Caspase-3的表达及意义

目的:探讨重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中Bcl-2和Caspase-3的表达及其与重度子痫前期发生、发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测20例正常晚期妊娠孕妇(对照组)、40例重度子痫前期患者(重度子痫前期组,其中早发型20例,晚发型20例)的胎盘组织进行Bcl-2和Caspase-3的定位,并用计算机图像分析系统进行定量分析。结果:与对照组比较,重度子痫前期组Bcl-2的表达显著降低和Caspase-3的表达显著升高,且两者呈负相关(r=-0.334,P=0.009),早发型重度子痫前期与晚发型重度子痫前期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在胎盘组织中Bcl-2低表达和Caspase-3的高表达,可能与重度子痫前期的发生有关。

Expression and significance of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in placenta of Early-onset patients with severe preeclampsia

Objective:To study the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in placenta of early-onset patients with severe preeclampsia and the relationship between it and occur and development of severe preeclampsia.Methods:Twenty normal pregnant women (control group) and 40 women with severe preeclampsia (early-onset group 20; later-onset group 20)were selected. The cellular distribution of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in placenta in tree groups was determined by immunohistochemistry and the mean density was measured by computer image analysis system.Results:The expression of Caspase-3 in trophoblast of patient with sever preeclampsia was significantly higher than that in the controls,but Bcl-2 was highly lower than that in the controls .The expression of Caspase-3 correlated with the expression of Bcl-2 in placenta tissues. There was no significant difference in the expression of two proteins between the early onset and late onset sever preeclampsia.Conclusion:The high levels of Caspase-3 and low levels of Bcl-2 in placenta may be related to the etiology of preeclampsia.
