子宫内膜癌中Bcl-2、PTEN表达的研究

目的:探讨Bcl-2、PTEN在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及相关情况。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测50例子宫内膜癌、20例正常子宫内膜组织中Bcl-2、PTEN蛋白的表达。结果:①正常子宫内膜组织中Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率为90.0%,显著高于Bcl-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率(44.0%)(P<0.05),不同临床分期、组织分级之间其表达率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②PTEN在正常子宫内膜中的阳性表达率为90.0%,高于其在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率(32.0%)(P<0.05),不同临床分期、组织分级之间其表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③Bcl-2、PTEN在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达有相关性(χ2=6.0883,P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜癌恶性进展中Bcl-2、PTEN表达下调,提示二者在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中有协同作用。

Study on expressions of Bcl-2 and PTEN in endometrial carcinoma

Objective:To explore the expression levels of Bcl-2 and PTEN in endometrial carcinoma and related situation.Methods:The expression levels of Bcl-2 and PTEN in 50 cases with endometrial carcinoma,20 cases with normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results:The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 protein in normal endometrium was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than that in endometrial carcinoma(44.0%)(P<0.05),there was significant difference in expression rate of Bcl-2 protein among different clinical stages and histological grades(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of PTEN in normal endometrium was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than that in endometrial carcinoma(32.0%)(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in expression rate of PTEN among different clinical stages and histological grades(P>0.05).There was a correlation between Bcl-2 expression and PTEN expression in endometrial carcinoma(P=6.088 3,P<0.05).Conclusion:The down-regulation of expressions of Bcl-2 and PTEN in malignant progression of endometrial carcinoma indicates that Bcl-2 and PTEN play synergic effect in occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
