乙酰肝素酶、MMP-9在肝素干预的自然流产大鼠模型胎盘组织中的表达及意义

目的:比较正常妊娠模型大鼠、自然流产模型大鼠、肝素干预模型大鼠胎盘组织乙酰肝素酶、MMP-9表达特征的差异,探讨两者与自然流产的关系。方法:建立正常妊娠大鼠模型、自然流产大鼠模型和肝素干预大鼠模型,采用免疫组化SABC法测定3组模型孕14天胎盘组织中乙酰肝素酶和MMP-9的表达。结果:与正常妊娠模型组和肝素干预模型组相比,自然流产模型组大鼠胎盘组织中类肝素酶和MMP-9的表达显著升高(P0.01)。结论:胎盘组织中乙酰肝素酶和MMP-9的表达与自然流产的发生、发展有关,肝素可对自然流产起到一定的预防和治疗作用。

Expression levels and significance of heparitinase and MMP-9 in placental tissues of heparin intervention rat models of spontaneous abortion

Objective:To compare the expression differences of heparanase and MMP-9 in rat models of normal pregnancy,spontaneous abortion and heparin intervention spontaneous abortion,explore the relationship between heparitinase,MMP-9 and spontaneous abortion.Methods:The rat models of normal pregnancy,spontaneous abortion and heparin intervention spontaneous abortion were established.The expression levels of heparanase and MMP-9 in placental tissues of rat models of 14 gestational days in the three groups were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method.Results:Compared with normal pregnancy group and heparin intervention spontaneous abortion group,the expression levels of heparanase and MMP-9 in spontaneous abortion group increased significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression levels of heparanase and MMP-9 in placental tissues are associated with occurrence and development of spontaneous abortion.Heparin may prevent and treat spontaneous abortion to some extent.
